A lot of you are always asking me for easy meals that you can make anywhere.
Well let me introduce you to my mayo-free spicy tuna salad!
It’s so easy because there is no cooking required- all you have to do is open a can of tuna, chop a couple things, and voila! You have the perfect meal that you can meal prep and enjoy in just 10 minutes.
Might I suggest this tuna salad with a side of chopped veggies and my cilantro hummus or spicy sriracha hummus?
Let’s not make this a long-winded post… here’s the recipe!
Ingredients:
1 can tuna in water (drained)
1 avocado
1/2 lemon (juiced)
1/2 red onion (finely chopped)
3 tbsp grated carrot (or finely chopped)
1 tsp sriracha (or more to taste)
Sea salt & pepper (to taste)
Instructions:
All you have to do is mix all of the ingredients together and you’re done!
